Below we have explanations of distribution locations, procedures, maps and answers to some FAQs.
How it works:
Our team divides the city into sections for their daily distributions. They work on a rotating system, completing each area or route and then moving on to the next route or area in order accordingly. Once they complete each route, the rotation system repeats, this happens normally once or twice a week, unless it is a rush job or a special circumstance where our distributors go on their routes immediately. This allows the team to clean up expired material to be replaced with new up and coming events. It also allows the team to restock any material that run low or need upkeep for events that happen over a longer period of time such as long runnings shows and events or season brochures and catalogues. This system is used to provide accuracy and consistency for our clients and gives them the best and widest range of distribution throughout the city.
Our most stable locations:
Some of the most stable distribution locations are grocery stores, coffee shops, small businesses, theaters and art organizations where they consistently take posters, cards, brochures or flyers. We visit every, single store or business on the given route so there is wide coverage and variety for those viewing the promotional materials. Below we have listed the routes or neighborhoods, major cross streets, and a few locations where you can find many of the promotional materials we distribute. We thank our Portland community for being so encouraging of Portland’s arts, culture and community events and strive to continue to spread the word and serve Portland’s amazing organizations.
Other distribution locations outside of Portland:
We also do distribution in Portland’s outlying areas such as Beaverton, Tigard, Vancouver and Gresham upon request. Please let us know if you would like your promotional materials distributed throughout these areas.
Below are maps of our routes according to the sections we have split the city into.
